Physical Exercise

It is evident that the practice of exercise, by itself, donīt make people thin, but it is, without a doubt, the ideal and indispensable complement of a balanced alimentary diet, besides it is essential for those who worry about health.

In the domain of the physical exercise we can relate two standards main: what it results of our quotidian life and the practical one of one or more sports.

Relatively to the first standard, there isnīt remain doubts that the modern life places the physical activity of side! The cars started to be essential, even for small distances, in detriment of walking on foot; the elevators removed the healthful exercise to walk some launch of stairs, and the television compels that we stay in the sofa, inactive.

On the other hand, in what says respect to the sport, it is undeniable that the generality of the people disdain its enormous benefits: the practical of physical exercise helps to prevent the weakness of the muscular mass, provoced by the losses of weight, gradual or sudden.

It is proven that the metabolic rhythm is remained high during some time after the practical one of vigorous exercises, making by that the organism burns more calories to the long one of the day and, therefore, promoting the loss of weight. However, it is necessary to stand out that, in contrast of that many people think, the fat is not changed into muscles if to practise exercise.

All these sedentary habits are, undeniably, main the responsible ones for the raised percentages of fat people, in the whole world, and are in relation they who we must start to act. But how? It is what we go to see of followed others chapters.
