Building Muscle

Building muscles, especially free of fat in order to reach that compact and define aspect is not easy for anyone. Besides how our good genetic can be, it will be always necessary.. to have discipline, patience, motivation, and above of everything an excellent alimentary regimen. This is certainly a subject that interests everybody. Many people say they want to lose weight, others say they want to lose fat, others to keep good fitness, etc... but they really want is to to increase the muscular mass.

Nowadays it is common to come across with what I call the mentality "fast food". Everyone wants to lose weight, to gain mass muscle quickly! Let me tell you that's not going to happen. Bodybuilding is a way of life and a system that doesn't make miracles for the fast transformation of your body. The profits are conquered throughout months, years and not days or weeks. It is enough to analyze the people who encircle them to see that the ones that really possess a good physicist are very few. This is because the fact of the people entered in a program of trains thinking that everything will be easy. In a few weeks they realize itself that they donīt have psychological streght and they give up. For those who are read this notice you have a great advantage your favour: Information! Knowing what will be waiting you and how to reach your objectives it is already an important step. Only hold back that some time and persistence is needed.

Perhaps building mass muscle is one of the most easy tasks to do in a gymnasium, since that we opes the organism to receive nutrients. We should train giving priority to the lesser amount of exercise and we must be train with intensity giving hardness (more weight). Spending more than 1h00m 1h30m training is wastefulness and takes more the muscular destruction of that properly construction.

Basic principle: "to gain weight it is necessary  eating, to strengthen itself to eat most possible".  

§        This way start the day with a good breakfast, withe Carbohydrates. Search that in cereals, fruit, etc...  

§         Later, eat  half in the morning.  

§         Make a lunch and a dinner giving priority to the rice, masses, potato, tuna, beans, grain and meats. 

§         Eat about one hour before sleeping, since we go to be many hours without eating, is necessary to make a meal when lying down, being selective in foods especially in this meal, therefore I do not believe that nobody wants to go empanturrado for the bed. 

§         It lacks to us part to it of the afternoon. Here normally one inserts the trainings. In return of the trainings it must be eaten 1h30mn to the Carbohydrate base and immediately after the same to the Carbohydrate base and Protein before (we approach this question in other chapter).
