Having in account the points each one have, we sell personalized diets. For that you just have to contact us  geral@fitnesscenterok.com indicating the objetive intended for the diet (to lose or to gain weight, other objectives), the personal numbers (age, height, weight, amount and type of exercise), and the type of feeding made until this time (it won´t  need to be a the detailed information, we only want to have an ideia to serve you well).

Each diet will be explained to the detail.

Each diet will have all the necessary nutricional calculations.

The payment is done by banking transaction (10€, or US$15 for multibank for example). We will explain by email all the simple steps to follow, case is necessary.

The diet will be sent by email in the format of excel to be able to include all the nutricionais values. In case you don't possess that software, we convert for another format.
